Backup Dialing Rules

We have 4 area codes in our greater metro area. They all require 10-digit
dialing - some are also long distance. The area I live in includes some
local and some LD exchanges (called prefixes in Outlook) within the same area
code. I have my Outlook rules set up so that I can easily make calls
regardless of whether they are LD or local.
The problem I have is that on various occasions, I've had to reinstall
Outlook whether due to problems, a new PC, etc. but each time I do, I then
have to manually re-add the LD exchanges that are part of my local area code.
Is there a way of backing up this list of exchange numbers so they don't
have to be re-added manually each time? (Ref: Dialing Rules>Edit
Location>Edit Area Code Rule>Add Prefix)

That is Windows control panel dialog, not outlook. Its in the registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Telephony\Locations
- export the key to save it.
