Hi. Using Outlook 2002, Win XpPro. I installed the
backup add-in successfully with my Admin account. When I
go to my non-admin user account, I don't see File |
Backup as a choice. And I can't add it in by using the
COM Add-In manager. It tells me that it is already
installed and needs to be uninstalled before I can
proceed. (Which didn't work!)
Can you please help me out?
