I have office 2003 Window XP Home with SP2

I do not get the Outlook.pst option to backup in the file drop down menu.
The program is loaded OK.

Hi Kathleen,

I have mislead you. I have downloaded the ADD in Outlook.pst It should show
an option to backup in the file drop down menu, mine is missing. I have
add/remove the original and re downloaded same effect, no option to backup.

Are you talking about the Personal Folders Backup utility from Microsoft?
Did you stop and restart Outlook after installing it? Does is show up in
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins? If not and you have
installed it and then stopped and restarted Outlook, in the COM Add-Ins
dialogue, click Add and browse to
C:\Program FIles\Microsoft Office\Office10\AddIns where you should find
outbak.dll. Select it and click OK.
