Bad email address in Outlook Express blocks group email

Outlook Express 6 is annoying me when sending an email to a group - if one
email address is no longer current SOME, but not ALL, of the other good
addresses get their email, and SOME, unpredictably, don't. This is very
embarassing when I remove the bad address, resend to everyone, same problem
occurs again, I clean up and resend, and some people get squillions of
duplicates.

Has anyone else hit this problem?

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
microsoft.public.internet.mail.mac for the Macintosh version of OE

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).
