Bad install of Office XP - HELP!!!

I have install Windows XP (unfortantanly it installed OVER my Win 2000
Server)
When I installed Office XP, and try to run Outlook, I get a "The operation
failed due to a registry
or installation problem" when I try to modify accouts inside outllok.

If I try to go to control panel and open "Mail" and then go to either email
or data, nothing happens.

When I go to Word, I get an error stating that there is a problem in hidden
module autoexec

Help me please!
I NEED to be able to get into my email ASAP as I have a business that is
needing attendance!

How can I repair (I did try the REPAIR option in ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS to no
avail) the system/installation???
