Bar style -> possible to concatenate text?

Is it possible to concatenate bar text?

i.e. in bar style -> text

I would like to see outline number & name

i.e.

1. Interview user

2. develop training

I do the concatenation in a formula in a custom text field, and then attach
the text field to the bar style or individua bar in the ususl way.
the formula is:
first text&" "&second text
