Batch file for Send and Receive? - occasionally it gets stuck.

Occassionally a client has an issue where you have to click on send and
receive to make it happen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 and
this still occurs occasionally. Not sure why they get stuck even though
they are set to send and receive every 3 minutes. They have all the patches
for Office installed on Windows XP SP2 with all the patches one a computer
with 512MB of RAM, typically about 300MB of free memory plenty of gigs of
free disk space on a P4 2.8 Dell.

I was wondering if there was a way to create a batch file to force the
process occassionally.
