BCC field

Hi

If I put people in the bcc field when the person receives the mail it
doesn't say who it is to. Is there a way of doing this?

No. You just discovered the whole point of the BCC field.

So how do I send a message to a lot of people so that they think they have
only received it but there name appears in the to field.

I've received mails like this that everyone in the company gets it but it
looks like it was sent to me individually.

You have two choices:

1) Send individual messages to every recipient with only their name on the
To: field

2) Use Word to do a mail merge
