With Outlook as the E-mail editor choose View-> BCC Field
You can also press the To button and add people to the BCC field this way

Ken said:I know how to send a message using BCC when I am just
sending. My question is specific to Rules Wizard. When
It gives me the option of sending to a distribution list-
I do NOT want to send it as a "TO" but rather as a "BCC".
There is no option to do that. Only to send as a "TO".

Ken said:Great Rob- that is very helpfull- my problem is I have
over 60 different distrubution lists. Do you know if a
more recent version of Outlook DOES allow for this?
Perhaps if that is the case upgrading is the best thing
for me to do.
