BCM in teamwork: all need to see e-mail contents WITH attachements

Hi,
Again something important:
Working in a team means that we give the access to resources written into
common database, including e-mails attached to Business Contacts.
Unfortunately when I open an e-mail that was written into database by other
team member, I can see it only as a history record, no attachements,
impossible to forward as if it was an e-mail etc. When I open the same record
from its author account - everything is correct.
I guess this is a form assignement problem, i.e. another form is used for
author, another for other database user. How can we set it up to see an
e-mail in an e-mail form from any computer accessing the BCM history
database? I suggest to make it configurable - well, perhaps it is but I am
not a programmer... :)
