BCWP Calculations

I can't seem to get the BCWP to be calc properly. the baseline is set, if you
multiply the % work comp by Baseline work, it does not equal the progress
input into actual work. Anyone know why?

Just a couple of things to keep in mind - are you sure you are using % Work
Complete and not % Complete? They are different. Also, BCWP does not equal
Baseline Work time % Work Complete if some of the work is performed at some
time other than when it was scheduled when the baseline was saved. BCWP
takes into account the planned distribution of the work over time as well as
the gross amount done to date.
