Based on my Baseline Work, the BCWP does not match my Actual Work. Why do
they not match, eventhough my baseline and projections are the same (work and
schedule).

BCWS is based on the status date. If you have any actual work after this
date then the two will not match. This is the most common cause for the two
to be different (well, other than the progress actually matching the plan)

Hello!
Can you give me an answer to the following question: Why BCWP is not bigger
then BCWS? In my project i wanth that CBMR/CBMP<1
What should i do?

Hey! You took my name!

But anyway. BCWP is lower than BCWS when you are not performing work at the
same rate you have scheduled it. If you want BCWP to be higher then you need
to finish your work faster and with less effort.
