BCWS not correct in PWA

Some published files in MS Project Server 2003 are showing $0.00 for
BCWS. When I open the files in Project Pro BCWS is not $0.00, but is
actually populated.

I've tried re-publishing the assingments, and the projects but the data
in PWA does not get updated.

The status date in the files on Project Pro are NA.
