I am encountering this issue on several PS 2007 schedules.
1. Baseline Work and Cost for a resource on a task has 0 hours/costs for a
day (originally had work & baseline, then later hours removed on Task Usage
view and re-baselined prior to taking any work).
2. Interestingly, the task line and its summary tasks contain hours in
Baseline Work.
3. If I baseline the schedule today all summary level tasks are reduced to 0!
This issue is causing BCWS to increase without having the discrete tasks
BCWS values total up to the summary task. Need to remove the summary tasks
work without changing the schedules baseline.
Would like to understand how this happened and receive any suggestions.
