Beta Outlook Business Contact Manager

Hello;

I just did the Beta refresh for Beta Office & Outlook &
BCM. I un-installed the previous BCM before loading the
new one. I am able to create a new db but I do not get a
button for bCM nor do I get the option of attaching
histories - the forms are wrong.

How can I get this to work. I am testing this for our
company to switch from Act to outlook.

Help!
