Big Problem with footnotes in 90 pages Work

N

Nuno Ferreira

Hello all.

I just subcribed this newsgroup because I am having a huge problem with
my document.
I have more than 200 footnotes in a 90 pages document.

Without knowing how, this is waht is happening:

1- In the text all the numbers appear as 1...(SHOULD APPEAR 1, 2, 3 etc..)

2- In the footnotes the numbers appear correctly but the first footnote
of everypage does not have a number....

3- Also, the last footnote of everypage does not belong to that pge, but
to the page that is next.

Sorry about me Rnglish, maybe is a bit horrible but I am quite nervous
since I have to deliver this work in a fez days and I do not understand
waht is happening.

Regards
Nuno

ps: I have tryed to change footnotes to end notes, change numbers to
other marks etc etc..but none of that worked

At the beginning of the document, choose Reference from the
Insert drop down menu, then click Footnote.
In the Start at box, set to 1. In the Numbering box, set to
continuous.
