black box prints in place of graphic

I have a Word 2003 document in which the graphic absolutely will not print,
and believe me I've tried everything. I do get a solid black box to print
instead. This is for my job and my deadline to have it complete is quickly
approaching.

I need some advice quickly, and have already been through the other steps
suggested.
