black template

I am putting together a presentation and I would like a pure black background. I can't seem to find a design template that is just black. Does anyone know how to make a background black?

Thanks,
Pete

You can go to View > Master > Slide Master and then to Format > Background
and select black as the color and click "Apply to all".

Pete,
One way is to go you your slide master and set the background of the slide
to black.

Another way is to change your color scheme so that the background color is
black. In this case, ff you have used a template that uses a picture for a
background, you will need to delete that picture to see the black
background.
