Blank Categories List

Using MS Office 2000, I no longer see my categories listing. It's a blank
screen. I checked the MS Knowledge Index, and I understand there is a hot
fix. Where can I get it. BTW, I'm running Windows XP on an IBM Thinkpad.

Hot fixes are available by calling Microsoft Product Support Services and
requesting the hotfix, nothing more. There is never a charge for hotfixes.
