Blank Pages in Report

Hi,

I have a report that is supposed to be 2 pages long. However, it prints out
as 4 with two blank pages in between. How can you tell in design view how to
add the second page of information without allowing a blank page in between?

This typically happens when your detail section width. plus your margins is
wider than the paper.

For example, if you are using 8 1/2 by 11 paper, and your detail section is
7 1/2 inches wide, then your left and right margin can't add up to more than
1 inch.

Either reduce your margins, or reduce your detail section.

Thanks. Yes, that is definitely the problem. But, I was lucky when I
discovered that only two of our printers are so picky. I was getting pop-ups
to the effect that the margin was wrong. However, the other printers print it
