Blank Pages

I created a document that has three pages. There are subheadings (cells) for
each "group" of information and these subheadings (cells) are shaded with
different colors to divide/color-code each group. When I print the document,
the first three pages print correctly, but there are three blank pages
following that contain only the colored cells for each group--no data. How do
I get rid of "empty" pages?

Thanks, in advance.

Probably depends upon your Print Area that is set or your Margins settings.

File>Print Area>Set Print Area

File>Page Setup>Margins

Check them both.

The document contains 170 lines. The print area shows 1:170. All margins are
set at 0.5". When I "set" the print area (from 1:170) and viewed the "print
preview," it now has data on the first three pages, followed by 63 blank
pages with the colored cells at each "group" interval (the color is the width
of the page, now; it was only on the first cell of each group interval). Help!

Set a definite print area like A1:H170 rather than just 1:170

Maky any difference?
