Blank Window w/in Help

All,

I am having a problem with Office 2003. When opening the help files if I
search for something like 'import' it will display the search results
without any problem, but when viewing the content, i.e. Insert XML data, the
content doesn't display, just a blank window comes up without the
back/forward/print buttons.

The same problem occurs within Word/Excel/Outlook/Access, and under
different user profiles. Detect and Repair didn't resolve. In addition,
remove/install also didn't resolve.

Any ideas?

All,

In addition, I have now noticed that msohelp.exe is called after selecting
content within the search results. Could it be something to do with
restrictive ActiveX settings?
