Block attachments

Due to the Netsky virus, we've been asked to block all
emails with .zip attachments. Is there a way to do this
from the user's computer or is that only possible to do on
a mail server? We are using Windows 2000 and Outlook 2002.

That would be the server. You probably have got more choices here; hardware
firewall, software firewall (like ISA) or on the mailserver. Blocking it on
every single one works as well of course.
