Block Sender's Name. not email address/domain

Hi,
I am continually recieving emails from "Easyn Cool Newsletter", however they
are always from a different email address. Is there any way to filter these
emails as junk?

You can create a rule to filter those items to the Junk Mail folder based on
the subject.

Is this still possible to do based on the "From" section? The subject always
changes. Thanks for your help.

Yes, you should be able to filter on any text in the header.
