Blocked attachments, Outlook 2000, XP Home SP2

Since downloading XP SP2, Outlook 2000 blocks 'Level 1' attachments. I've
searched the help files and the Microsft web site but I can't find a way of
getting Outlook to release them. It even says 'Access to level 1 files is
blocked and can't be changed.' Thing is, I know they're safe. Any suggestions?
