Blocking Email

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to block email from
an entire region, such as APNIC. Since most of my spam
comes from there, and nothing comes from that region for
me legitamately, so I'd like to block everything from
there. Does Outlook offer anything to help with this at
all.

Outlook 2003 on an exchange server running cached mode might provide some
assistance2
