Any recommendations on any software that is compatable
with outlook for blocking junk e-mail

SpamPal, along with its plug-ins of Bayesian, RegEx, and HTML-Modify.
All free. Works with all POP3 e-mail clients. Not perfect but then
filtering never is, but it can put a big dent in those incoming spams.
