Blocking Junnk Email's in Outlook?

I am receiving a large amount of "junk" email in my
outlook program.I understand that there is a way to block
these certain emails by adjusting a setting in the "rules
wizard"? The way to do this i am unsure of.All i know is
that it is in the rules wizard and somewhere in there you
are able to block certain emails if that have a
particular word in the subject, that you have put in to
the rule wizard.

i.e. You put in the word "enhancement", an email titled
for the subject "free trial of muscle enhancement
supplement"(WOULD BE BLOCKED OR AUTOMATICALLY DELETED)

*PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE!THIS PROBLEM IS REALLY BUGGING ME!
