Bluetooth Synchronizing to non-default Calendar/Addressbook

I'd like to have my T610 synchronize contacts and calendar items with my Outlook 2003 program, but I want the Contacts, Tasks, and Calendar to be synchronized against folders I create (i.e. I want my contacts to go into a "Personal Contacts" address book, not the default Outlook "Contacts" address book.

How can I do this?
