Forgive me but my first thought is to suggest you get new glasses.
All silliness aside, you want to tell us what version of Publisher you are
using, where you got the photos, what format they're in, and if you tried
updating your video driver?
If they are blurry on-screen, but not in print, try View > Pictures.
