Bold won't stay

I have a user using Publisher XP SP3 - She is trying to create a web page in
publisher - I'll admit I do not know a whole lot about this application so I
am not much help to her.

Parts of her document was copied over from word. The problem is she has some
words that she wants to bold - after selecting the text and selecting bold
-she saves - closes publisher -opens and the bold doesn't stay put.

This does not happen in Publisher 2000. Any suggestions?

What font? Not all fonts are bold, Publisher will faux bold in print publications.
Ask in Publisher WebDesign newsgroup, I'm not sure this is possible in web pages.
