Booklet printing problems

I am trying to print a booklet (8 1/2' x 11" folded in half). I have
everything set up to print, but when I go to print it shrinks my images
automatically. The booklet has JPEG images, Excel graphs, some text,
etc. I have tried everything I know to do. Can anybody help? This is
a time sensitive issue, so quick assistance would be appreciated!
