I created a hyperlink from a personal website to another organization's
website. The link works fine, but I want to go to a specific paragraph on
the company's website.

How can I create a hyperlink/bookmark to find a "specific string of words"
on somebody else's site?

You can't.

You can link to an anchor[1] on the other site, but a hyperlink cannot
incorporate a search facility.

[1] <a href="http://www.example.com/pagename.htm#bookmark">link text</a>
