Borders and headers

Danny J

Dear all,

I am confused. I set up a header with two paragraph marks, the top
paragraph has a border and fill. So far so good. However when I delete the
second paragraph mark my paragraph with the borders disappears
too....despite the fact that the bordered paragraph mark is not
selected...wierd.

Any ideas,

Thanks,

Danny

Word treats paragraphs in headers very strangely in my experience. Also,
there are three ways to delete a paragraph:

1. Place the insertion point in front of the paragraph mark and Backspace.

2. Select the paragraph mark and Delete.

3. Place the insertion point at the end of the previous paragraph and
Delete.

You can get different results using different methods.
