borders don't show when published

I am creating a site for a client in Front Page 2002, and
published it to a test site for their approval. I get an
error message that my navigation bar links are using front
page options that my server isn't accepting. It says to
please update the front page extensions on the server. The
problem is that we own the server, and I have quite a few
other sites on it built the exact same way. We also
updated the extensions on the server today just in case....
What's even weirder is that the navigation works fine, but:
1. The left border is set up with a background color (all
the way down the pages) but the border only shows up in
the table
2. The bottom border doesn't show up at all.
When I open the "live site" in front page, everything
shows up.
Anybody got any ideas?
http://test1.jwebservice.com is where the site is located.
Thanks!!!!!

According to http://test1.jwebservice.com/_vti_inf.html
you are using FPVersion="4.0.2.4317" (FP 2000 SE)
and the features of FP2002 you are trying to use are only supported on FP2002 SE

Thanks so much for responding. Ok, I am using Front Page
2002.... should I change the .inf file manually? This is
bizarre!
Maybe I should dump front page off and re-install? I hate
to do that because I have storefront 5.0AE in with it, but
I will if you think that's the only way to fix this.
Appreciate your help!!!!!

You can't change the .inf
- you need to find a host that supports the FP 2002 SE or ask you host to upgrade
