Borders not printing at all

Publisher 2000, making a flyer and no borders are printing. I moved all
borders in 2 inches just to test and still border is not printing. Any ideas?

Bring the border to the front, does it print now?

I can't select the border to bring it to the foreground. I used a wizard to
create a flyer and chose one of the provided backgrounds. The supplied border
does not print yet all the other objects do.

Apparently, what I am seeing is not a border but some kind of guide line. I
noticed that I see this same guideline in many of the existing templates. Is
there any way to print it as part of the flyer?

You can create a line that imitates the guideline.
