Bottoms of pages off screen

R

Roger Howes

Hello All,

I have a large screen monitor and can display two pages side by side in
print layout (not print preview) view. Both pages can be displayed in
full, and I have created a custom Zoom size that does that for my documents
(92%).
However, when (at 92%) using the Next page buttons in the vertical scrollbar
to move on, or back, to the next 2 pages, the bottoms of the pages are off
the screen and I have to use the scrollbar to scroll them up into view.
The only time this is not necessary is when the text on the page starts
further down the page than usual, usually at the beginning of a new chapter
where the chapter headings are set to 100 pints before, and the insertion
point is therefore lower down on the page.
When working through a large document quickly to check for formatting, etc,
having to scroll up every time to display both pages in full is time
consuming and tiresome!
Is there a way to change this?
Reducing the Zoom to something like 80% helps, but makes the document much
harder to read.

Many thanks.

Roger Howes.
