Box size in Org chart

As I build te org chart the boxes on the top get smaller as I build the tree.

Is there a way to keep them all the smae size. I have spent hours fighting
this issue and cannot find a work around.

Hi Frank,

You'll need to turn off the 'autolayout' tool on
the Org Chart toolbar to keep Word from making
the chart elements shrink once you've expanded
the frame of the Chart to a full page size (its
maximum).
