boxes with the same fonts and settings look different when emailed

Want all boxes to look alike regarding font, spacing, etc I've set, reset,
and checked several times, but two of the 5-6 boxes just don't conform to the
others.

I created a new, clean text box with nothing in it. Copied the desired text
to notepad so that there would be no unseen settings in it, and then copied
it into the new box in Publisher and set all of the paragraph and font
settings to match other boxes in the document, but they still don't come out
the same.

Select a box
Go to Style
Clear formatting
Set the font and size you want
Save as a custom style
Select the remaining boxes
Click on the custom style you created
