breaking links

I am currently using Excel 2000 at work and using Excel XP
at home. Recently at work I went to break a link in a
workbook that I was using. To my amazment, there was no
way to break the link on 2000 like there is on XP. Is
there any other way to break these links on 2000? Am I in
upgrade hell?
