Breaking OneNote and Outlook Notes link

I'm inclined to discontinue using OneNote for my Outlook Notes
application, and going back to the Outlook internal component. How do
I break that link? Is it just a matter of uninstalling the PowerToy
or is there something more?

(If possible, I'd like to =keep= the PowerToy installed, so that I can
use the link in one Outlook profile and not use it in another, but if
that's not possible it's not life-critical or anything....)

TIA.

In Outlook, you can disable the addin at tools \ trust center \ addins. That
will keep it from starting ON when opening the Outlook task module. This way
you will not need to uninstall the app.
