Hello,

I have a publisher document that has 13 pages, but when I e-mail it through
Outlook ,its too big..my questions is how do I break it up in sections, for
example, 3 or 4 pages at a time.Thanks!!!!!

Thank-you for answering, but I think the 13 page document has to stay as
publisher, because the person recieveing it has to modify the document, its a
translation from one language to another..can they modify it in PDF?Thanks

If you must use Outlook, open your Publisher document, delete all but four
pages, save with a new name, open the Publisher document again, delete the four
pages you saved plus four more, save with a new name and so on until you have
separate files that you can email easily.

Mary,

You are a smart cookie!...what a simple idea, never would have thought of
that!
Thank-you!!!

Hi Mary me again,

I split them up into singles, to make sure they would go through..when the
file was all together (13 of them) the size was 39.9mb. You would think that
when I split them up into singles they would be smaller, but each one is
still 39.9mb.?any idea why? Thanks Mary...

Sounds like you're using an older version of Publisher. Copying and
pasting into a fresh file normally alleviated this problem; although you
may reduce the original (all-page) filesize significantly by ZIPping,
RARing (www.rarlabs.com) or (especially) 7zipping
(http://www.7-zip.org/) it, as old-version Publisher files didn't
compress images stored in the file (and decompressed compressed images
for storage). BMP is a very compressable format.

My head hurts ;->

Am I (admittedly a newbie to this great program) missing something
here? Why not just ZIP the entire thing and send it as an attached
file?
