Built-in Dialogs

I want to use the built-in Word dialog for page setup but I would like to
know if it's possible to remove or gray out the "Default" button that is on
this dialog.

In addition, is it possible to use one of the built-in dialogs but add a
custom button to it?

No.

No.

What is it you want to do?

I have a macro that I use to view and print specific kinds of documents; the
user is not able to edit or save these documents. The user is able to set the
margins for these documents because I have a toolbar with a button that
displays the page setup dialog. I would like to remove the default button
from the page setup dialog because I have another macro that enables them to
use the current margins for all documents of this type. So I wanted to
utilize the existing page setup word dialog but remove the Default button
that is on it and replace it with my own button.

If all you want the user to be able to do is change the margins (kind of
strange since they cannot edit-save the document...), then it would be
better/easier to build you own dialog box that will allow users to do only
that.
