Bulding Pre-filter with RBS codes

When I select "Build team from Enterprise", it is taking
over 6 minutes to load the resource pool names.

I only have 961 resources in the resources pool.
I thought that the RBS enterprise outline code
would begin to pre-filtering the list with this
number of users.

On our development server, the pre-filter is working
and I have about 1680 resources in this list.

Can the RBS pre-filtering be configured to begin
at a certain number of resources?

The performance is unacceptable at this point.

Any suggestions?

When using the Team Builder Wizard, the pre-filter is set to appear by
default when your Enterprise Resource Pool includes 1,000 or more resources.
I know of no way to require the pre-filter to run when the Enteprise
Resource Pool contains less than 1,000 resources, such as in your situation.
Hope this little bit of info helps.

Out of interest I timed how long it takes our resource
pool to appear: about 3 seconds for 200+ resources. There
may be other factors involved for you, such as outline
codes. But 6 minutes indicates other hardware /
configuration concerns.

If you have the RBS configured, it should be showing
different numbers of resources for different users without
a pre-filter.

If the problem continues, load in 39 dummy resources that
have Project Server authentication only to get past the
1000 thresh hold. Name them z1, z2 etc so they are at the
end of the resource list and if it helps.
