Received a new/different computerat work. It does not contain the same
bullet/symbols list as on my previous computer? Anyway to download more
options.

Also, when I open a document from another user, it changes the bullet
characters? How do I prevent this

Judy,

If the bullets have changed - then chances are the 'font' that was used is
not installed on your PC.

Get your IT department to install the missing fonts.... or you'll have to
edit the bullet points on your presentations.
