Is there a way that a presentation can be burned so that
the receiving person can not copy it. ie. a dumby file,
something that will not show up when copied so that it
will not run?
thanks

Protect from copy? No. Protect from modification? Yes. If you are using
PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 you can assign a Modify Password and not provide the
password to the user. If the file is opened in PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, the
user can explore how it was created, but they can't modify it. If it's run
in PowerPoint 2003 Viewer, it will run in Slide Show mode as Read Only.
