Burning Archives

I have a user that wants to burn her archive. I am familiar with burning the
entire .pst file to a CD. She said that she wants the folders burnt to CD
with the messages inside as a .msg file. The messeages can be opened and
read without using outlook to view them. I am not sure how to do this? She
already has an old disk like this, so I know it can be done. Thanks in
advance!

If you want to drag the messages to a Windows folder, they'll become .msg
files. Copy that folder to the CD.

You can't. MSG files MUST be viewed in Outlook. That's the only
application that knows how they're formatted. If you double-click an MSG
file, Outlook will start to view the message.
