It seems that after I ran the backup from Windows Live OneCare, the database
for BCM went missing. I saw the BSM backup files locatred in My Documents,
how they got there????? I restored and now have copies of multiple copies of
Outlook folders in my Navigation pane.
When Outlook loads, it is stalled while BCM is looking for the database. I
could not restore to earlier date as I thought that could be the fix. The
bottom line, this is way over my head and am looking for a simple solution.
This has occurred multiple times and frankly, I just dont know if the program
benefits are worht it as i am never able to utilize due to this issue? Should
I uninstall BCM? It also seems that SQL Server (which I do not understand) is
effected when trying to delete BCM and reinstall. Multiple issues here and I
did read theposts from earlier. Is this one that Support should hop on my PC
and fix for me? I refuse to call support as I cannot understand their
direction due to language barrier. (Am I to understand.,..........)
