business contact manager error at start up

I'm using MS Outlook from MS Office 2000 Professional.
When I start up MS Outlook I get an error message box
titled Business Contact Manager with the
message "Rxception frpm HRESULT: 0x80040200"--- I click
OK and Outlook finishes it's startup.

What can I do to resolve this and not get the error?
