Business Contact Manager

I'm trying to use the Contact Manager, when I click to
open Business Contact Manager an error window pops up
saying "the set of folders could not be opened" giving me
an explanation that the OST or PST file is corrupt or
unavailable. Has anyone encountered this problem? If yes
what is the solution?
